“I believe the best therapy stems from a collaborative approach between the therapist and client. By being present and engaged in the relationship, we will build a foundation of trust that allows you to feel safe to tell your story. I know you are your own expert and together we will lay the path to unlock that expertise.
My style as a therapist is using warmth, empathy and humor while being direct and holding my clients accountable to the changes they need to make to achieve their goals. I look forward to meeting you and starting on a path toward healing and change.”
